Conditions & additional costs

  • price per chalet per night
  • minimum days of stay: 4
  • maximum person per chalet: 8


  • check-out: by 10 AM
  • check-in: from 4 PM (guest will be informed where to pick up the keys from the Chalet)


  • cleaning fee: included in price
  • refundable deposit: 600 EUR (must be paid via bank transfer 14 days before arrival)
  • city tax: 2 EUR/day/person (must be paid separately)
  • payment: 50% of total price at the time of reservation, 50% of total price no later than 1 month before arrival
  • cancellation policy: cancellation free of charge until 28 days before arrival, then 100% of the total price
  • highlight weeks: (Christmas, New Year, February, Easter) different prices, payment and cancellation policy


  • smoking strictly prohibited
  • 1 baby cot available on request (max 9 kg)
  • pets allowed on request (10 EUR/night)
